How to feel balanced with Yin & Yang
In this online yoga workshop, we will explore how to achieve optimal health and well-being by balancing Yin & Yang both on and off the mat.
In Chinese philosophy, Yin & Yang represent polar opposites in all things.
When Yin & Yang are in balance, we experience wholeness in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Modern life encourages us to live in an imbalanced state which keeps us in a Yang state of being.
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll discover simple tools to bring the balance back to our yoga practice and to feel complete in our everyday life.
If you experience Type-A personality traits such as being competitive, highly organized, impatient, easily irritated, or goal-driven, it is likely that Yang is dominant in your constitution.
This workshop will help you to find more Yin among the Yang and to discover a sense of peace and wholeness.

What we’ll do:
This workshop will help us to understand the scientific benefits of balancing Yin & Yang.
We’ll learn how to find the qualities of Yin during Yang practices such as Vinyasa, Power, and Hatha yoga.
We will discover the benefits of specific Yin practices (Yin, Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga) and have the opportunity to practice together.
Finally, we will share a number of tools that support the nervous system in balancing Yin & Yang off the mat.
Participants will have lifetime access to a recording of the workshop and videos of three practices used in our time together (Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra)
Everyone is welcome to attend this online workshop which is equally beneficial to yoga students and teachers.
