What Kind of Yoga Do I Teach? A Simple, Feel-Good Approach — In North Wales & Online
If you’ve ever asked me, “What kind of yoga do you teach?” you might have noticed me pause and smile.
That’s because it’s not just one style — and these days, that matters less than how it actually feels to practise.
Whether you’re joining in North Wales or online, my classes are designed to help you move more, stress less, and feel more at home in your body.

So… what can you expect?
Rather than sticking to one label, I draw on a mix of approaches depending on what’s needed.
That might include:
- slower, steady movement to build strength and awareness
- gentle, mobility-focused sessions to ease stiffness and tension
- simple breathwork and relaxation to calm a busy mind
- occasional flowing sequences where movement links with breath
Some people might recognise elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative yoga within this — but the focus is always the same:
simple, practical yoga that works in real life.

A beginner-friendly, real-life approach
My teaching is designed to feel:
- easy to follow
- supportive rather than overwhelming
- adaptable to different bodies and energy levels
With a background in teaching and fitness, I place a strong emphasis on:
- clear, simple instructions
- safe, functional movement
- helping you understand what you’re doing (and why)

For busy minds and real bodies
If you tend to overthink, feel stressed, or struggle to switch off, you’re not alone.
A lot of what I teach includes:
- gentle nervous system support
- breathwork to steady the mind
- space to slow down without pressure
No need to get it perfect. Just show up and move.

The aim
Not to achieve the “perfect pose”
But to feel better after you practise than before.

Whether you join a class, practise online, or start with something short and simple, there’s space for you here.
