As we move through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, our bodies shift — energy, strength, sleep, joints, and stress can all feel different. These yoga sessions are designed to support those changes in a simple, practical way.
What to expect
Small, mat-based group sessions designed specifically for perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
This isn’t just “slow yoga”. Alongside relaxation, we’ll also explore strength, balance, mobility, brain health, and nervous system regulation in a way that respects a changing body.
Rather than pushing flexibility or extreme ranges of movement, the focus is on sustainable practice that supports joints, bones, and long-term wellbeing.
We’ll also use simple somatic and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with your body and rediscover ease in movement — without pressure or perfection.
You’ll be guided to move at your own pace, with space to rest, ask questions, and share experience in a supportive environment.

About your teacher
Hi, I’m Paula — a certified Yoga for Menopause & Beyond teacher (Yoga Alliance accredited). I’m navigating perimenopause myself, so this work is both personal and practical.
With over 25 years in education and fitness, I bring tools that actually fit into real life — helping you move, breathe, and feel supported at this stage of life.


Menopause Wellness Workshops
Occasionally, we run broader wellbeing workshops exploring sleep, stress, relaxation, and menopause support — all using simple, effective practices.
Workshops are available in-person in North Wales, online, or privately for groups and corporate clients, tailored to suit your team or organisation.
