Hello! I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and certified Laughter Yoga Leader.

In addition, I am a Secondary School Teacher, and Personal Trainer with over 20 years’ teaching experience.

As a recovering perfectionist and over-achiever, yoga has given me the tools to find ease and balance in my every-day life. Just like you, I’m a work in progress!

My mission is to share yoga-inspired wellness solutions that give you the tried-and-tested techniques to take stress in your stride so that you too can live with less stress & more yoga!

I am so grateful to have discovered Happy Yoga Wales quite by chance on another website. I absolutely love Paula’s classes, though, sadly, I have only been able to attend a few. Paula is an exceptional teacher. Her expertise on every level is impressive. I also love her voice and her manner. I look forward to continuing classes with her!
