Happy Yoga Wales helps people just like you feel happy and well with yoga in North Wales and online.

If you are stressed, anxious, or just want to feel more relaxed and at ease, a Happy Yoga Wales practice is for you.

Our classes, workshops and courses focus on slower-paced practices such as Yin, Restorative and Slow Flow. And, you can even join us for Yoga Nidra – the ‘yoga of sleep’ where you don’t even need to move!

Many scientific studies show that these gentler yoga practices help ease symptoms of stress, anxiety and PTSD in addition to benefitting the physical body.

Above all, our aim is to provide yoga classes that are accessible to people of all abilities and backgrounds. Therefore, we invite you to only donate what you can for weekly group classes online and in-person.

Happy Yoga Wales led us through several sessions. Paula helped us to enjoy learning whatever our ability. It was great after a long day in the mountains or on the water to de-stress and be led into a relaxed state of mind. Thank you!

I am so grateful to have discovered Happy Yoga Wales quite by chance on another website. I absolutely love Paula’s classes, though, sadly, I have only been able to attend a few. Paula is an exceptional teacher. Her expertise on every level is impressive. I also love her voice and her manner. I look forward to continuing classes with her!

I have tried a few yin yoga classes on line and Paula’s is by far the best. Paula is a very warm and happy person who is a wonderful teacher who gives lots of options for the asanas. Each class is different and I alwats feel so much better after classes. If you love Yin then this is for you!

I always enjoy Paula’s classes. They are carefully planned and structured. The classes always offer something new and different. Paula always provides useful teaching points and is able to advise on how to improve or change things to suit your body (& it’s niggles)!

Paula is passionate about yoga and the benefits it brings for positive wellbeing.
