What Happy Yoga is really about
A simple idea: getting to know yourself through movement.
When you slow down enough to notice what’s happening in your body and mind, things begin to shift. You feel a bit stronger, calmer, and more able to respond to life instead of just reacting to it.
This isn’t about becoming perfectly calm or getting everything “sorted”.
It’s about building awareness, strength, and ease through movement, breath, and rest.
🧘♀️ moving in a way that builds strength and ease in your body
🌿 noticing what’s happening without judgement
➡️ learning how to shift out of stress and tension
😌 reconnecting with the simple pleasure of movement
