Happy Yoga in North Wales & online!

I am Paula and my aim is to help individuals and businesses feel happy and well with yoga in North Wales and online.

Whether you are a complete beginner, experienced yogi or sportsperson, a Happy Yoga Wales practice is for you.

Happy Yoga Wales classes range from deep-stretch Yin Yoga and relaxing Restorative to more dynamic Vinyasa Flow. You can even join me for guided meditation with Yoga Nidra where you don’t even need to move!

Whatever the style of yoga, practices are designed to be accessible to people of all abilities and backgrounds.

I believe everyone should have access to the amazing benefits of yoga. This is why group classes are donation-based – simply donate whatever feels good to you!

Everyone can be happy and well with yoga!

Like any good yoga practice, Happy Yoga is more than just physical. You will learn to listen to your body while using your breath to calm your thoughts. With practice, this sense of calm and ease will begin to translate into your everyday life.

Your Teacher

Hello! Welcome to your home for yoga in North Wales & beyond! I am Paula, creator of Happy Yoga Wales. As well as being a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, I am also a Secondary School Teacher and Personal Trainer. For over 20 years, I have devoted myself to Health, Fitness and Education. My mission is to help as many people as possible to be happy and well with yoga. Last year, I took another step along my yoga journey embarking on a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice.

I attended Paula’s online class for helping to develop a home yoga practice. Paula was clear & the session was very well planned. I found her tips very useful. Really enjoyed it & got a lot from it too, thank you.

I always enjoy Paula’s classes. They are carefully planned and structured. The classes always offer something new and different. Paula always provides useful teaching points and is able to advise on how to improve or change things to suit your body (& it’s niggles)!
Paula is passionate about yoga and the benefits it brings for positive wellbeing.

I have been to many yoga classes. Paula explains it so well and always provides different options for the poses. She guides you through the session so that you get the most from it for you. I really feel that it is my practice at the end of every class.

Relaxing and strengthening

I’m 70 years old and have regularly attended Paula’s classes. She is an excellent teacher who makes you aware of your body and it’s capabilities. I always feel stronger and more relaxed in mind and body after her classes. Thank you Paula, keep up the good work . Marian

Perfect class for the start of the week

Since discovering Paula’s classes I am now a regular. I particularly like that she mixes things up so no two classes are the same – her current 4 week block is focussed on having a good night’s sleep and it does just that. I was so relaxed actually fell asleep during the savasana
