What Happy Yoga is really about

At the heart of everything I teach is a simple idea:

getting to know yourself through movement

When you begin to notice what’s happening inside you, something shifts. You have a bit more space. A bit more choice in how you meet whatever’s in front of you.

Movement, breath, and small moments of awareness can create just enough space for that shift. Yoga is one way into this. Laughter — whether it comes naturally or on purpose — often helps more than you might expect.

This isn’t about becoming perfectly calm or having it all figured out.

It’s about becoming:

  • more aware of what’s going on inside you
  • more supported from within
  • better able to move out of stress when it arises
  • and a little less pulled around by your thoughts, your inbox, or the habit of overthinking
