What this is really about

At the centre of everything I teach is one theme:

self-awareness through movement

When you can notice what’s happening internally, you have more choice in how you respond externally.

Movement, breath, and simple awareness practices help create enough space for that to happen. Yoga is one way of doing this. Laughter, whether spontaneous or deliberate, often helps more than expected.

The aim isn’t to become endlessly calm.

It’s to become:

  • more aware
  • more resourced
  • better able to shift out of activated states
  • and less at the mercy of your thoughts, inbox, or overthinking patterns
