Paula’s classes have taught me how to practise yoga properly and get all the benefits from it. She explains how to achieve the pose so well. It has helped both my physical and mental well-being. Her 1:1 program is also wonderful as she guides you through the benefits of yoga. I learnt so much about myself too!
Being a complete novice, I have joined in on a number of Paula’s online classes. I was concerned at first being of a certain age and with some physical restrictions. Yet I did not need to worry. Paula’s lovely manner and her encouragement soon made me feel comfortable. I soon found some relief in my lower back problem finding I could walk further without needing to rest as often. I would encourage anyone to give Paula’s sessions a try, they are excellent.
The first yoga class I attended was organised by the North Wales wildlife Trust to welcome in the Summer Solstice. I was so impressed with Paula’s teaching that I found out more about her classes and am now a regular online attendee of her Monday morning Yin to Vin class. As a retired yoga teacher myself, I find her classes authentic and inspiring. Her teaching style is friendly and genuine. I feel both relaxed and energised after her practices. I would highly recommend Paula’s classes, either online or in person.
