From £150 per session (discounts available for charities and multiple bookings)

Monthly Wellness Package
Ongoing support for teams who want a more consistent approach to wellbeing.
Packages can include regular group sessions, access to wellbeing resources and support for HR or team leads.
From £800/month

Specialist Workshops
Focused sessions exploring specific workplace needs.
Topics may include stress management, neurodivergence and regulation, team connection and wellbeing.
Each workshop is tailored to the organisation.
