Sitting in a tiny studio in Greece on New Year’s Eve, I wasn’t planning on sharing my end-of-year reflections because… Well, quite honestly, because I’ve been enjoying the sunshine and cool sea swims too much to open my laptop very much at all!

But, it would be seriously amiss of me to end 2023 without sharing a few reflections on what has probably been the biggest year of my life in terms of change.

So, here goes…
