We like to think that private yoga with Happy Yoga Wales is something a little bit special.
Our 8-week 1-2-1 programme aims to help you move through life’s ups and downs by guiding you on a journey of self-discovery with yoga.
The programme includes pre-recorded content based around the chakra system. You’ll receive an easy-to-follow Happiness Journal with Slow Flows, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative practices as well as short meditations and straight-forward exercises to follow off the mat.
You’ll also have 30 minutes each week to check in with your guide, Paula, on a 1-2-1 basis either in-person or on Zoom.
Will your body become stronger and leaner with 1-2-1 yoga? Yes, probably!
But, our aim isn’t to help you lose a stone or drop a dress size.
We are passionate about giving you the tools to feel so content with every layer of your being that you won’t give a damn what the scales say or what size you wear!
In this 8-week private yoga course, you will receive:
- 8 x 30-minute live stream 1-2-1 private yoga / coaching sessions (1 per week)
- 8 x pre-recorded short meditations
- 8 x pre-recorded yoga practices (includes Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra)
