Our mission is to make yoga accessible to all which is why classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

Happy Yoga Wales yoga classes are delivered in simple language and are easy to follow.

The focus is on slower-paced practices such as yin, restorative, gentle and slow flow yoga.

Plus, check out the Happy Yoga Wales favourite, yoga nidra. Also known as the ‘yoga of sleep’, yoga nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation where you don’t even need to move!
