Yoga classes – in-person, online, live or later

Join in with pay-what-you-can (PWYC) yoga classes in-person in North Wales or from the comfort of your own home – wherever that may be in the world!

The days and times of live classes vary and the schedule is updated on a weekly basis so be sure to check back regularly.

Our classes, workshops and courses focus on slower-paced practices such as Yin, Restorative and Slow Flow. And, you can even join us for Yoga Nidra – the ‘yoga of sleep’ where you don’t even need to move!

All classes are designed to be accessible and are suitable for all levels.
