Our mission is to make yoga accessible to all which is why Happy Yoga classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
Whatever the style of yoga, we make sure that all of our classes are delivered in simple language.
The focus is on slower-paced practices such as gentle and slow flow yoga with easy-to-follow moves.
As with all of our services, we take the yoga wherever it is needed!
This year alone, we have taught classes at holiday parks, community events, law firms, housing associations and festivals!
