Try This Mindfulness Exercise
Let’s take a moment to practice mindfulness together.
Find a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths.
As you inhale, imagine breathing in calm and relaxation.
As you exhale, release any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Continue to breathe deeply, focusing your attention on the sensation of each breath entering and leaving your body.
If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
Stay with this practice for a few minutes, allowing yourself to fully relax and be present in the moment.
