A Happy Yoga Wales Face Yoga session consists of facial exercises, massage, acupressure and relaxation techniques that have been around for centuries – presented in our uniquely fun and accessible way!

Face Yoga is simple to fit into the working day with sessions lasting as little as 10 minutes! Alternatively, combine your session with other practices such as meditation to provide a full 45-minute class.
