The Menopause Wellness Workshop Series is a down-to-earth, feel-good space designed to help you navigate the ups and downs with more ease. Across four supportive weekly sessions, you’ll explore simple, practical ways to manage real symptoms — through mindful movement, breathwork, deep rest, and a good dose of laughter. All led by someone who gets it. 🙋🏼

About Your Teacher 🧑🏼🏫
Hi, I’m Paula — Yoga Teacher, newly qualified Menopause Wellness Coach, and someone who’s just beginning the perimenopause rollercoaster herself.
From disrupted sleep and surprise hot flushes to energy dips that hit out of nowhere, I’ve been noticing the shifts — and like many of us, it took a while to realise what was going on.
Once the penny dropped, I dove into learning everything I could about how to support myself in this phase of life — body, mind, and mood included.
I’ve been trialling tools, techniques, and approaches (yes, using myself as a guinea pig!) — and now I’m bringing everything I’ve found most helpful into this supportive, practical workshop series.
While I’m not a medical menopause expert, I am here to help you feel more at home in your body, calmer in your mind, and less alone in the process. With a background in fitness, education, and yoga, my style is relaxed, realistic, and designed for real life — not a fantasy version of it!
In these workshops you can expect warmth, a bit of humour, and a space where you can show up just as you are. 🤪
Remember, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. And, it goes without saying that what happens in menopause club, stays in menopause club! 😉
