Rescheduling: In certain cases, Happy Yoga Wales may offer rescheduling free of charge at its discretion.
Weather & Adverse Conditions
If Happy Yoga Wales must close due to adverse conditions (e.g., severe weather, pandemics, industrial action), no refunds will be issued, but affected bookings will be rescheduled.
Fee Transfer Policy
For both corporate and individual bookings, any transferred fees must be used within six months. After this period, fees will be forfeited.

General Conditions
Session Timing: Attendees should arrive on time. If an early departure is needed, please inform us in advance.
Mixed Groups: Sessions may be mixed-gender. For single-gender preferences, please contact us before booking.
Photography: Photos/videos may be taken occasionally for promotional purposes, with permission.
Health & Medical Considerations
Attendees must disclose any relevant medical conditions that could impact participation. This information is confidential, and reasonable adjustments will be made where possible.
Failure to disclose conditions that later prevent attendance may result in forfeiture of fees.
Membership & Schedule Changes
Happy Yoga Wales reserves the right to adjust class schedules, membership offerings, or access to services. While we will provide an alternative of equal value (e.g., on-demand content or different class types), specific classes or services cannot be guaranteed for the full duration of a membership. Members will be notified of significant changes whenever possible.
