Available online or in-person, yoga classes, workshops and courses focus on slower-paced practices such as yin, restorative, gentle and slow flow yoga.

Hello! I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
In addition, I am a Secondary School Teacher, and Personal Trainer with over 20 years’ teaching experience.
As a recovering perfectionist and over-achiever, yoga has given me the tools to find ease and balance in my every-day life. Just like you, I’m a work in progress!
