These personalised yoga sessions are completely tailored to your individual needs.
Before we meet…
Initially, I will send you a pre-practice questionnaire to discover which areas of your physical, energetic, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual bodies can be supported with your personalised yoga practice.
Before we meet, I will design a yoga practice to meet the needs identified in your pre-practice questionnaire. Typically, a personalised yoga practice will include physical postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), affirmation (mantra), and meditation.
During your session…
Then, we will schedule an hour-long meeting via Zoom where we can practise together.
Above all, it’s important to remember that your practice will be completely unique to your needs. For instance, if your pre-practice questionnaire identifies that you experience feelings of anxiety, your personalised practice will include grounding elements to bring a sense of stability and calm to your life.
Moreover, in this session, we will make sure you are happy with the practice and, most importantly, that you know how to perform all of the postures and breathing exercises in a safe and effective way.
Practice at your own convenience
Following our one-to-one meeting, I will send you a copy of your personalised yoga practice in order for you to follow as a home practice in your own time.
