Book your 60-minute personalised yoga practice here. Once I receive your booking, I will contact you to schedule a time to meet via Zoom. You will also receive a pre-practice questionnaire which will help me to design a yoga practice to support your individual needs.

Most importantly, res-assured that I will tailor a yoga practice to suit your individual needs.

I will send you a pre-practice questionnaire to discover which areas of your physical, energetic, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual bodies can be supported with your personalised yoga practice.

Before we meet, I will design a yoga practice to meet the needs identified in your pre-practice questionnaire. A typical yoga practice plan will include physical postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), affirmation (mantra), and meditation.

Then, we will schedule an hour-long meeting via Zoom where we can practise together. We will make sure you are happy with the practice and that you know how to perform all of the postures and breathing exercises in a safe and effective way.

After our one-to-one meeting, I will send you a copy of your personalised yoga practice to follow as a home practice in your own time.
